Proper policies and adequate inputs, tailored to specific conditions, can bring about effective education. New technologies stand to improve the efficiency of education through tools that enhance students' performance and serve as new means of providing instruction and educational resources. Failure to realize this fully carries risk of further increasing the gap between students in our part of the world and those in developed countries.

Education is the cornerstone of a free society, the bedrock upon which a strong, healthy state is built and sustained.
Education programmed on social demands, efficient faculties, well-organized administration, adequate physical facilities, real academic environment and alertness towards the changes that are taking place rapidly at local and international levels in creation of new knowledge and development of new technologies are essential for an institution to keep itself ever updated.
